Isn’t it amazing
What God does with our lives
Weaving golden threads of joy
While mending fears and strife?
Just like the patchwork beauty
Of a family-owned quilt
Times and seasons of a life
Are subtly revealed....
Fabric of a day gone by
Of lessons we have learned
Tells a story of our lives
Of blessings we've not earned.
From tattered lives He's making
Something beautiful and good
Creating patchwork beauty
Out of ones misunderstood.
There’s a season and a purpose
Which only God may understand
But as we simply trust Him
We’ll see the quilt is in His hands.
